Since its establishment in 1942, Haeng Nam Chinaware has been concentrating on R&D and
supplying a wide range of chinaware from the traditional one to the Ultra Fine Porcelain
utilizing the manufacturing technique of fine ceramics.
As a result of its R&D Haeng Nam developed manufacturing technique of Bone China by its
own resources & know how in 1957.
In 1963, Haeng Nam became the first company in Korea to export its Chinaware to Hong Kong and
total export volume accumulated until 1997 was reached USD150Million.
Haeng Nam Chinaware has also actively been involved in supplying of chinaware manufacturing
plants & its techniques.
In April 1985 for the first time in Korea, a total USD6million worth of chinaware
manufacturing plants including its technical know how transfer were supplied to Venezuela
and Haeng Nam's ability on manufacturing of chinaware plants was acknowledged
in the global markets.
In 1986, as first non-governmental institution of chinaware in Korea, Central laboratory
of Haeng Nam Sa was established and 30 cases of new materials & technologies were
developed.
As a leading chinaware producing company in Korea, Haeng Nam Chinaware also played an
important role in introducing of Korea's culture on chinaware to all over the world when
it was nominated as an official supplier of chinaware to Asian games 1986 & Seoul Olympic
games 1988.
In 1978 Haeng Nam Chinaware was authorized for executing "self-quality inspection of
export merchandise" by the government.
